Daily Draw: Sign Language

 

Today's drawing was made for a friend who is a sign language interpreter. It's a bit lower resolution than I normally do, and this is because it's design to be used as an avatar. I wanted to make absolutely sure I kept it simple, clean, and not too busy so that when scaled it would still look OK. I think I managed to achieve that here.

I really need to spend more time drawing human figures. This image was quite a struggle for me to make, and it still has (in my eyes) glaring flaws. But I learned a lot of things while working on this one, and next time should be better.
