Today I decided to draw a picture of a vacuum tube. I was inspired to pick this subject because I had been watching a video of a Frenchman who was making his own vacuum tubes by hand for his radio-building hobby. Partly I just loved the subject matter, but partly I was interested in drawing something with lots of interesting light and reflection. I'm not sure how well I have captured it here, but practice will eventually make perfect.
