Christmas was a very good and peaceful time for me. I was given some more lovely art tools, and of course today I had to play with them some more. This was done over the course of the afternoon during a leisurely hangout with +Isolde Eleison.
Making this I learned a few more things about watercolor I didn't know before: Crayons do not make a good watercolor resist at all. Sable brushes are way better than synthetic brushes. Backgrounds shouldn't be an afterthought. Mixing white with the other colors also increases the opacity of the paint. And a few other little things too. I love learning. :)
