Some special person who was playing along with our G+ "Secret Santa" picked out a nice new set of brushes for me. They're synthetic, but honestly it doesn't matter to me. I'm usually a very digital-only kind of artist, but it's refreshing to step back into meatspace and paint with real paint.
The paper is curly. One thing I like about digital watercolor is that there isn't any water involved. :P
Look, an amateur watercolor landscape! And it doesn't even have a happy tree in it! ERMAGERD!
